STORYBOADING & PREVIZ
To assist the Director, Producers, DP, and VFX Supervisor, analyze a shot, scene, or sequence, SeaHorse Films provides upfront script evaluation, storyboarding and previsualization services. This may include sketches, concept boards, simple storyboard animatics, or more comprehensive wire frame and 3D animatics to help determine most effective camera placement and movement, lens size, set size and elements, blue screen size and placement, and other technical requirements.

FILM & HD PRODUCTION
The company provides a complete array of production services with fully equipped shooting stages, full suite of 35mm film and HD cameras, specialized green screen rigs, portable motion control systems, and complete lighting and grip packages.

MATTE PAINTING
With a full time matte painter, SeaHorse Films believes matte painting is one of the most valuable, dramatic, and cost effective assets in cinema and television today. From extending a set or location, to recreating scenes from the past, or creating entire worlds in the future, matte painting offers a visual range and scope otherwise implausible or unaffordable in most productions.

The SeaHorse Films Virtual Backlot is a valuable asset in any production. More than just green screen, our proprietary Virtual Backlot creates an immersive, 3D environment which can be photographed from any angle, moving in and around objects, in a complete 360º world. Combining matte paintings, green screen elements, and photo real 3D models, any world can be created or extended within the challenging budgets and schedules of film or television.
